The service
bothways is a collaborative trip-planning tool that lets you build itineraries, track flights, manage packing lists, save places, and share photos with the people on your trips. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country. Let us know promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse bothways — including uploading unlawful or infringing content, attempting to access other people's data, disrupting the service, or using it to harass others. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add — your trips, notes, and photos. You grant bothways the limited permission needed to store and display that content so the app can work and so you can share it with others on your trips. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.
Plans & payments
Some features may require a paid plan. Paid plans are billed through our payment provider on a recurring basis until cancelled, and prices may change with notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and will keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Availability
We work to keep bothways running smoothly, but we provide the service "as is" and can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance or update the service at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, bothways is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss of data or travel arrangements arising from use of the service. Always confirm important details (like flight times and bookings) directly with the relevant provider.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use bothways after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
